Confidentiality and Copyright: We understand the sensitivity of the information shared during the course. Therefore, all participants agree to keep all information shared during the course confidential. All course material presented by the instructor remains the property of Productivity Innovation and will be used by the participant for his own learning. However, it may not be reproduced, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means, electronic or recording, or any information storage and retrieval system, without prior written permission from Productivity Innovation. Cancellation policy: If a participant cancels, registration may be transferred to another colleague without charge. However, to be considered for a refund, we must receive notification of cancellation in writing no later than 21 days before the event. Refunds are available up to 21 days before the course starts, minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations received within 21 days are subject to the full registration fee, and money will be held on account for up to one year for use in a future workshop. If no notification of cancellation is provided, registration fees will be forfeited. On rare occasions, circumstances may make it necessary to cancel or postpone an event. In case of cancellation, participants will get a refund. In case of postponement, participants will be informed at least 21 days before the event, and new dates will be agreed upon. Consultants and university faculty may be excluded from attending some events due to the nature of the course, which is designed for professionals in quality control and product development.
